Privacy by Design
Why Offline-First
Privacy isn't a settings toggle here. It's the architecture. Offline-first means your data never has to leave your network to be useful.
No mandatory cloud
Marksman's Cache runs entirely on your own hardware. Nothing about your collection has to leave your network, not to a remote server, not to us, not to anyone.
No required account
There is no central account system standing between you and your own records. Install it, open it, and it works. No email address, no login, no subscription required to access your own data.
No telemetry
We don't collect usage data about your collection or your habits. Nothing is sold, analyzed, or shared. What you store is yours alone.
You control remote access
If you want to reach your instance away from home, that's a choice you make with your own tools, like a personal VPN or mesh network. Marksman's Cache doesn't operate a relay or central access point on your behalf.
